The
Court, with 144 individual residences, is a four-story building that wraps
around a lovely courtyard surrounded by soaring royal palms with benches and
umbrella-shaded tables for outside leisure.
The Cove, a three-story building with 84 residences. It features sun-drenched
atriums at both ends and is surrounded by Devonshire's lovely lakes.
The Copley, a four-story building, contains 100 homes and encircles
an enchanting courtyard. The shaded tables and benches afford the perfect place
to relax and enjoy the lush tropical foliage and sparkling fountain.
Every home at Devonshire features plush wall-to-wall carpeting, tiled
entry foyers, spacious walk-in closets and kitchens with attractive European
cabinetry. Bathrooms are tiled with separate glass-enclosed showers and vanities
with lighted mirrors. Residences are conveniently connected to the Clubhouse
so one need never walk outside, and each has easy access to the pool and spa.
Weekly housekeeping and cable TV are other standard amenities. Each home is

In addition, there are three fully equipped guest suites for residents'
visitors. Each suite comes complete with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee
maker, TV, VCR, hair dryer, and of course, daily maid service. Guest suites
make visitors feel right at home as they visit friends and relatives. Even
potential residents are welcome to stay in a guest suite to experience the
feel of living at Devonshire. For many, staying in a guest suite encouraged
them to become permanent residents.
