Flooring

• Wall to wall carpet – Devonshire’s standard is City Street carpet by Shaw, 100% nylon. Personalized flooring (such as tile, wood laminate, or wood) is availabel and a standard carpet credit will be credited against additional costs.
• Ceramic tile in kitchen, foyer, bathrooms and lanai.

Window Treatments

• Vertical and horizontal blinds are included.  You can personalize your window treatments or re-size existing window treatments.  We can porvide you with suggested vendors.
