Financial Options

Devonshire offers three (3) financial options to pay the Entrance Fee providing you maximum control over your financial planning:

OPTION I: The Traditional Plan

• Minimizes your investment, maximizes your ability to allocate assets to other financial investments
• Declines by 6% the first month, (4% processing fee + 2% amortization) then continues a 2% amortization each month over 48 months declining to a zero return
• In the event you leave the community within the first 48 months of your residency, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of months you resided on the campus

2^nd person Entrance Fee: $35,000    

Monthly Fees:  $2,984 - $5,180
2^nd person Monthly Fee: $1,500

OPTIONS II: The 50% Return Plan

• Allow for financial legacy and the freedom to allocate more assets in the other financial investments 
• Guarantees you or your estate a 50% refund on your Entrance Fee 
• Declines by 6% the 1^st month (4% processing fee + 2% amortization), 2% amortization each month thereafter to 50%, over a total of 23 months, remaining constant at 50% thereafter

Entrance Fees:  $390,000 - $1,347,000 
2^nd person Entrance Fee: $35,000 

Monthly Fees:  $2,984 - $5,180

OPTION III: The 90% Return Plan

• Attractive to individuals wishing to provide financial legacy 
• Guarantees you or your estate a 90% refund on your Entrance Fee
• Declines by 6% the 1^st month (4% processing fee + 2% amortization), 2% amortization each month thereafter to 90%, over a total of 3 months, remaining constant at 90% thereafter
